Fall Training Schedule
Staring September 30th to October 30th, 2024 on Monday and Wednesdays at 4:00PM for group pole vault conditioning and drills and Humberview Facility. Please dress for the weather conditions.
About Us
With over 30 years’ experience, the Coaching staff are keen in providing customized programs for various levels of athletes. The main focus of our Club is to build on each athletes skills, personal improvements, speed, strength training, agility, mental focus, team building, and athlete responsibility. We are pleased to have our own outdoor facility in Bolton for the spring/ summer season, and a separate indoor facility for the fall/winter season.
